No returns or exchanges once an item is shipped. However, I want you to be happy with your order. Please contact me with any problems.

If shipping address given is incorrect and returned, then it is the buyer’s responsibility to pay for the new shipping.

Some products are heat sensitive.

Please do not leave them on porches or in mailboxes during warm temperatures.

In freezing weather please allow the product to come to room temperature before using.
