Contain Dead Sea salt, epson salt, baking soda, MSM (methylsulfonylmethane), essential oil blend, menthol crystals.

To use: apprx 2 TBLSP of salt mix and add to container big enough for both feet to soak comfortably. Add approximately 1 gallon of warm water. Swish until salt mix is dissolved. Soak 10- 15 minutes.

Boost & Soothe can be ordered as regular (with silk amino acids) or vegan (without).
Contains rose hydrosol, hyaluronic acid, aloe Vera gel & juice (citric acid, carrageenan (Irish moss), and potassium sorbate), niacinamide (vitamin B3), panthenol (pro-vitamin B5), glycerin, silk amino acids, blueberry fruit extract, ferulic acid, periwinkle extract, Optiphen plus preservative.
